Purchasing Procedure
A deposit of 20% is payable on signing of the contract. If required,
this may be split into a payment of 10% on signing and a further 10%
after 30 days.
All deposits are held in the Vendors' Solicitors Trust Account (Brookfields)
as stakeholder. This account is an audited interest-bearing trust account.
Upon settlement, the purchaser will receive a credit against the purchase
price for the amount of interest earned (less any withholding tax deductions).
Settlement date is 10 working days after the later
date of:
- Issue of Certificate of Practical Completion
by the Project Manager
- Issue of Certificate of title |
